Green Sticker Terms & Conditions
Green Sticker by CraneSafe stickers are generated by a credentialed independent crane inspector upon satisfactory completion of a valid inspection. By placing this sticker on the equipment, IFP acknowledges and agrees that neither the Inspector nor CraneSafe USA, LLC make any warranties or representations, express or implied, including the operational condition, functionality, capacity, or safety of the crane. IFP further acknowledges and agrees that neither the Inspector nor CraneSafe USA, LLC are responsible for any unseen or latent defects, future issues, the failure of third parties to carry out their respective responsibilities or for any risks associated with the operation and use of the crane.
